Insight: Transformation
This EP album cover was an inspired piece. 'Can't Lie' is the first EP single by singer Taylah Aryn. As Taylah Aryn is a relative of mine, I already had enough familiarity to link the visuals with the artist. The song had themes of a new beginning and ridding of bad energy, so I used the visual analogy of a butterfly to represent this transformation. The melody and adlibs sounded calm and similar to water, so I represented this new positive transformation as a water cleanse (shown more in the animation).
